BOXES

We can divide the number of waves in boxes into 4 as; Single face box, Single wave box, Double wave box, Three wave box. You can prefer printed or unprinted.

CARDBOARD PLASTER COSMETIC BOXES

It is produced by plastering papers which is printed on glossy or fancy paper onto cardboard. It is preferred more in prestigious products because of it is made from cardboard and needs too much workmanship. 150-170 gr papers are used as outer plastering paper. As cardboard, 1.5-3 mm cardboard is used depending on the box size. It is produced in different models such as box-lid, magnetic, drawer, as inside -outside plastering or one side plastering. Jewellery, cell phone, cosmetics, valuable stuffs etc.

CARTON BAG

It is produced from Bristol Cardboard, Coated, Kraft and 1st grade papers. It should be made cellophane in Bristol and coated production. No need to lamination at other papers . It is produced by using offset printing technique on papers between 150 – 250gr upon request. Although mostly A4 size bags are preferred, knives of different sizes are available. Since it is production with special blades, it is possible to produce in desired dimensions. There is no traj limit for minimum production like paper bags.

CARTON BOX

It is produced from Bristol and Krome cardboard in the desired weight. Cellophane and lacquer can be applied as a lamination on demand. In addition, if there is sauce and sherbet contact inside, lamination is applied inside. Mostly papers between 230-400 gr are used. It is delivered as Glued or disassembled as a depends on box model. It is used for medicine, cosmetics and many different products.

CORRUGATED PLASTER BOX

It is produced from corrugated paper plastered under Bristol or Krome cardboard. It is produced in the form of plastering on kraft or white corrugated paper. Offset printing on the outer carton and optionally lacquer or cellophane can be applied on it. It is used 210 or 350 gr papers according to the product to be put inside as plastering carton.

DONERBOX & SOUP BOWL

It could be used at oily meals with single use as printed or unprinted option. It is suitable for hot and cold services. Product mouth can be closed without needing a lid with specially designed lock system. It is ideal for package services.

FORKS AND KNIVES

Forks and spoon made of 40-170 gr paper and provide hygiene and elegant service.They are used as disposable or metal fork, knife and spoon covers. They provide a hygienic and elegant appearance on tables and in takeaway service. You can have a fork and knife cover printed specifically for your brand which is environmentally and nature-friendly.

HAMBURGER BOX

It is produced from 3 layers of E wave corrugated cardboard sheets. As the outer layer, mostly kraft, white kraft and testliner are used. Printing is done with flexo system. It is produced in different sizes and dimensions for large, medium and small pizzas. With the air wall formed by the corrugated sheet used in the boxes, prevents the cooling of pizzas and pitas in a short time and provides ease of transport. They are products that dissolve in nature and are easy to recycle, as well as offering a comfortable use. It is produced from 210GR PE coated papers as printed and unprinted, at 16 and 26 OZ sizes. Since the self-locking system has a cover, there is no need for a separate flap. It is used to serve hot and liquid contact foods such as doner, ravioli, pasta, noddle, and noodles.

Produced from 230-400 gr cardboards, lacquer option can be preferred as well as inner and outer cellophane options. We produce different separators inside the boxes especially for roll sushi.

TWISTED –FLAT HANDLE PAPER BAG

It is produced from kraft and white kraft papers. Since it is not produced with a knife system, it can be produced in certain standard sizes. It is suitable for demands over 10.000 units since production start-up costs are high. 70-110 gr papers are printed with Flexo printing system. It is especially used in textile and fast food industries.

WET WIPES
